E-mail Forwarding
Learn more about e-mail forwarding, what it does and in which scenarios it is helpful to have it enabled.
With the email forwarding activated for a given address, all inbound email messages will be forwarded to a third-party e-mail address that you've selected although the latter won't be in the list of recipients and the email sender won't be aware exactly where their e-mail will go. You can use this type of feature if you have a number of email addresses as it will be easier to get all incoming emails in a single mailbox rather than logging in and out of different ones at all times or setting up a number of mailboxes within an email application. If you have a company or an enterprise, the e-mail forwarding is a solution to check all emails obtained by numerous departments for improved coordination. You could also use this feature the other way around - an email sent to a general mailbox can be sent to multiple people.
E-mail Forwarding in Website Hosting
It is very easy to configure forwarding for virtually every e-mail set up inside a website hosting account with our company. This can be accomplished either when you set up a brand new email address through your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, or at any time afterwards because the forwarding can be enabled and disabled for every current email address with only a couple of mouse clicks. You can also choose if a copy of the incoming e-mails will be kept on our servers, a very handy feature. This can be a fail-safe if the remote mailbox is not accessible for some reason, not mentioning that you'll also have a backup of all emails. If this feature is not enabled for a specific e-mail on our end, an incoming message will be received and sent forward, so zero record of it will remain on the server. When the remote mailbox is down for the moment, you will simply lose this e-mail.
